Jeff has over 25 years of experience in new home construction in the Denver metro area and is passionate about building world-class teams who sell, build and service great homes and lots in great communities. He started his career in new home construction with Pulte Homes and has held various division leadership positions with Pulte, Lennar, and, most recently, William Lyon Homes, where he was the Division President.
In addition, Jeff has been active with the Home Builders Foundation the philanthropic arm of the HBA for many years--currently serving as a board member. Since then, the division has added two more joint ventures and three wholly owned operations that total approximately 4, acres and 12, lots. He moved to Phoenix in with his wife Joyce and they have two kids and two grandkids- all Arizona natives.

Sid holds an economics degree from the University of Toronto and is an accredited Chartered Public Accountant. Ted has more than 40 years of master-planned community experience, having joined Newland through its acquisition of the Terrabrook portfolio with assets in Houston, Austin and Dallas.
Ted graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in insurance and did postgraduate study in accounting at the University of Houston. Ted was appointed to the board of the Texas Real Estate Advisory Committee by the governor of the State of Texas in , was reappointed in and continues in that capacity today.
Ted proudly served his nation as a member of the US Army. In this role, he was also responsible for reporting quarterly earnings, investor relations, board of directors reporting, and integrating several acquisitions.
Prior to Ventas, Mr. Steel held several senior-level corporate finance roles at GE over 15 years, and completed the prestigious Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management programs.
Troy Benson is the Executive Vice President of Leasing for Brookfield Properties' retail group and oversees leasing activity for the company's portfolio of more than retail locations, which encompass over million square feet of retail space. Benson has spent more than 20 years at the company and held a leadership role in nearly every sector of the leasing department.

Cournoyer has more than 25 years of experience in development, construction, finance, design, leasing, and acquisitions.
