Listeners qualify by visiting the clinic and filling out a ballot once they put a Rock 95 win sticker on their vehicle. Listeners who already have a Rock 95 Win Sticker on their car simply need to drive by the clinic and show that they have one and fill out a ballot. The Rock 95 win sticker has a white background with a red logo or a red background with a yellow logo. Once the Win Sticker Clinic is over, 1 ballot will be drawn and awarded a pair of bash passes.
